Q: How much is Local Shipping?

A: Local Shipping in Singapore is now FREE! In order to minimise the risk of missing or lost parcels, we offer Registered Postage only. You will receive an email notification when your items have been mailed out. The items will take approximately 2-5 working days to reach you.

Q: How much is International Shipping ?

A: We currently offer International Shipping to the following countries with respective shipping rates as follows: • Indonesia , Malaysia , Thailand: S$ 7 • Hongkong, China, Japan : S$ 8 • Australia : S$ 9 • Canada, USA : S$ 10

– We do provide shipping to other countries on a case-by-case basis. You may contact us at ask.yog@gmail.com for further information.


Size & Fit

Q: I am not sure what’s my size.

A: Please contact us via email or contact form with information on the item you would like to purchase. It would be helpful to provide us the usual size you wear for other yoga apparel or sportswear brands.


Returns & Exchange

Q: What if the items I purchased does not fit?

A: Do let us know and we will be here to assist you!

Q: Yikes, the product was defective!!

A: Defective items* are dealt with on a case-by –case basis. Please contact us via ask.yog@gmail.com. * As there are limited quantities of each item, all apparels are checked rigorously and thoroughly for any defects. Defective items are returned to the supplier. Our items are mostly made in the US and are of good quantity with sound quality checks in place.

Q: I received an incorrect item ☹ .

A: Please do not hesitate to let us know and contact us via ask.yog@gmail.com for details on the exchange.

Q: What’s the return and exchange policy?

A: All exchanges are to be mailed back via registered mail within 7 working days from the date the item was delivered. Alternatively, we could arrange a meet-up at a time and location convinient for both of us to do the exchange! ☺ Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition and packaging with all tags attached. No colour exchanges will be provided unless the item is no longer in stock. If the item of your choice is sold out, we will offer a store credit which is redeemable on our online store. However, please note that the store credit will only be valid for 21 days.

Q: How does your rewards system work?

A: For every S$50 spent, you earn 1 point. Every 1 point = S$1 discount off your next purchase!

Q: I referred a friend, but I didn’t receive my points.

A: The points will only be reflected when your friend clicks on the link and signs up. ☺

Q: Are points transferrable?

A: Redemption of points are non-transferable. Should you wish to purchase a gift, you could make a purchase the usual way and key in a different shipping address! ☺

Q: I heard Shop-Yog. does preorders , can I be on the list?

A: Yes, we do! Simply drop us an email or get in touch via our contact form. Do note that pre-orders are only available for some brands.

Q: How does your preorder work?

A: We will send you a preorder catalog. Upon receiving your preorder, an invoice of 50 % deposit will be sent to you to confirmthe preorder. The 50 % deposit will be returned if the items are no longer available. It will howeve, be forfeited should you cancel the order after confirmation. We will notify you once the items have arrived and send out an invoice for the remaining 50%. Items are sent out via registered mail once payment is done! A tracking code will be provided so you can track your parcel.



Q: The item I want is Out of Stock!

A: Do let us know which item, size & colour and we may be able to order them in. Just for you!

Q: What is the currency of the prices on your webstore?

A: Prices are as per Singapore Dollars( SGD).
